The Role

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Procurement Officer to join our Finance team working from our Perth CBD Head Office. In this permanent full time role, you will be responsible for:  

• Coordinating the onboarding of new vendors and maintaining accurate records for existing ones, while resolving vendor enquiries promptly
• Validating and processing invoices as part of the procure to pay process
• Assisting with goods receipting of Purchase Orders using Pronto
• Supporting other procurement activities as required

What You will Need

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role, with the ability to demonstrate: 

• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
• Effective communication skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently
