Linkforce is a leading integrated project delivery, maintenance, engineering, and services delivery business. Our projects business unit is proven in multi-disciplinary project delivery, with capabilities for delivering Brownfields and Greenfield work packages. We have a proven track record of successfully completing a high volume of project packages for our Blue Chip mining client base. From design through to completion and handover, we are able to supply, maintain and manage all aspects of projects works including, remedial works, capital works and expansion projects.
THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a Construction Manager to join our high performing team based at Cape Lambert A High Density Ore (CLAHDO) on the Pilbara coast in Western Australia. In this permanent full time role, you will play a vital part in the delivery of this project involving significant electrical, instrumentation and control system/ infrastructures upgrades.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver the project in full compliance with client’s expectations
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying more efficient delivery methods.
- Oversee procurement and execution to ensure equipment and materials on time and ready for first‑time‑right execution.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and vendors to support repeat business.
- Manage the project’s financial performance to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met within required timeframes and aligned with client expectations.
- Oversee complete materials control, including receipt, unloading, storage, preservation, picking, and issuing.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction leadership roles
- Engineering qualification or trade qualification
- Construction and/or Project Management qualification is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Project and Excel
- Pronto and Primavera knowledge would be advantageous
- Experience in completing CMS (Contract Management System) documentation for on-site personnel and equipment
- The ability to manage and execute end to end deliverables on a project
- A current Australian Drivers Licence
