WHO WE ARE

Linkforce is a leading integrated maintenance, engineering, and project services delivery business. Founded in 2007, Linkforce started with a small crew of shutdown specialists and a single utility operating in the Pilbara. Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 3,000 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide.

THE ROLE

After a recent successful hire into our team, backfilling an internal move, we have decided to recruit again to grow the team. Taking our recruitment team to 11; 2 Admin, 6 Recruitment Coordinators, 2 Recruitment Advisors and a Team Lead.

You will be focused on sourcing core blue-collar personnel for shutdown operations, supported by a dedicated onboarding team that manages mobilisation end to end. Our structured recruitment function, defined workflows and bespoke planning and onboarding system remove much of the complexity typically associated with high-volume recruitment, allowing you to focus on quality, pace and outcomes.

This role will encompass:

• Blue collar recruitment for roles including Fitters, Boilermakers, Electricians, Riggers, Scaffolders and Trades Assistants
• Working in fast-paced environment with high-volume of candidate engagement
• Reviewing and assessing of qualifications, tickets, and documentation
• Taking part in weekly onboarding sessions
• Building strong relationships and provide recruitment advice with hiring managers

ABOUT YOU

You bring experience in blue-collar recruitment, ideally within the resources sector, and thrive in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments. With a positive, results‑driven mindset, you take ownership of your workload and consistently deliver against tight timeframes.

You will be able to demonstrate:

• Experienced managing candidates, phone screening and through the candidate lifecycle to completion
• Knowledge of mining-related qualifications, tickets and licences (advantageous)
• Strong self‑motivation with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
• A personable approach, with a candidate‑focused mindset
