The Role

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Client Services Officer to join our Operations team working from our Perth CBD Head Office. In this permanent full time role, you will be responsible for:  

• Managing the full lifecycle of project finances, from initial budget estimates and purchase orders to final invoicing and P&L analysis
• Being proactive in liaising with the client for purchase orders before mobilising to site
• Actively delivering and tracking client signed timesheets
• Invoicing and uploading onto multiple client platforms
• Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
• General financial administration duties

What You will Need

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role, with the ability to demonstrate: 

• 1+ years’ experience working in Accounts Receivable/Job Costing, preferably within in the Mining sector
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Pronto is an advantage
• Strong administrative and data entry skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A passion for analytics and developing refined processes
• Developed organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines
